A landmark development comprising 500 dwellings (including a hotel), 6,000sqm of commercial floor area and supported by 675 car parking spaces and 400 bicycle spaces.
MGA provided traffic and waste services from the concept to planning approval stage. Services provided include the preparation of a traffic and transport impact assessments, waste management plan, concept functional design, internal layout and design, vehicle access analysis (including waste and loading vehicle analysis), sustainable transport design, external traffic design and intersection modelling, road safety analysis, infrastructure cost analysis and consultation with authorities.
