Bent Street, Bentleigh


The proposal incorporates a four storey residential building that sits within the residential growth zone. The site is located in close proximity to the Bentleigh Railway Station and Centre Road Strip Precinct which includes supermarket, retail and commercial land uses.

The proposal provides an opportunity for residents to reduce their reliance on the use of private motor vehicle for mode travel to work or daily shopping.

MGA provided an assessment of the car parking layout, site access arrangements, parking provisions and traffic impacts to the external road network.
