The proposed boutique office and retail development is located on the entry to the Eltham Activity Area along Main Road.
MGA provided site layout advice on the parking configuration, review of parking provision, loading and waste facilities and vehicle access arrangements including direct liaisons with VicRoads to obtain in-principle agreement prior to lodgement.
The design also seeks to provide greater pedestrian amenity to the site’s road frontages by improving the footpath facilities which link the site entrance to the broader area including the bus stop infrastructure along Main Road.
