MGA completed a transport impact assessment for the development of the East Keilor Leisure Centre. The design provides for a new, upgraded facility consisting of an outdoor pool, indoor pool, water playground f, gymnasium, child minding facilities and a community meeting rooms.
Our works included the design of the car parking and access layout with a focus on pick-up / drop-off facilities (inclusing accessibility for buses), the creation of accessible car parking spaces, bicycle parking, and pedestrian connectivity. The design also incorporated seperate access for site loading and waste collection.
