Health & Education Residential Retail Waste
A retro-fitted development that was structurally completed prior to engagement, the development proposed some design challenges with regard to parking efficiency, access, and connectivity. Services provided include the preparation of a traffic and transport impact assessment, waste management plan, green travel plan, internal layout and design (including access, parking, circulation, and pedestrian connectivity), vehicle access analysis (including waste and loading vehicle analysis), and consultation and collaboration with the project team and authorities.
